Special Olympics is not a state agency, nor is it funded by the Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr. Foundation. Quite simply, we rely on the generosity of individuals and corporations, and we hold fund-raising activities throughout the year in an effort to give the gift of competition to our deserving athletes.
